Community discussion on crime prevention, fireworks at Kingston meeting May 4
(Port Orchard, WA) – Kitsap County Sheriff Gary Simpson and North Kitsap Fire and Rescue Chief Dan Smith will discuss crime prevention and address fireworks concerns at the next meeting of the Kingston Citizens Advisory Council, which takes place 7-8:30 p.m. in the new Village Green Community Center, 26159 Dulay Road NE off West Kingston Road.
Local crime statistics, crime prevention measures and Fourth of July weekend activities, including fireworks, will be discussed. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
KCAC meets the first Wednesday of each month (except January and July) and features guest speakers to address topics of interest and concern to the community, and reviews local planning efforts.
