The Drug Interdiction Task Force was formed in 2000 at the direction of the Kitsap County Law and Justice Committee, with Kitsap County Prosecuting Attorney Russell Hauge as its chair. The Task Force is a meth community action team, which deals specifically with the issues associated with meth,
