Kitsap 1 - Consolidated Call Center

Kitsap 1 customer service is available on-line to expedite resolutions to common County inquiries and complaints. Complete the questions below and press submit. We will respond via email with an assigned tracking number to your request during the business week. It is extremely important we have a current email address for communication.

In completing the information boxes on the form, we require a name, phone number and email address. Please provide as much information as possible in each box. Select a type of complaint from the pull down menu. If the category is other, use the space provided for other description.
