Summer Employment Program

Need to earn money for college? Consider Kitsap County Public Works' Summer Employment Program. Each summer, we hire college students interested in developing employment skills while pursuing their education and career goals. We provide interesting and valuable work experiences benefiting Kitsap County citizens through quality service in planning, maintaining, and operating Public Works facilities.

The new Chico Creek Bridge opened in July 2009. The original bridge was washed off the supports during the December 2007 storm.
