Roads and Traffic
The Public Works Road Division is responsible for
building, operating and maintaining Kitsap County’s transportation
infrastructure The primary services provided by the Road Division
include the design and construction of road improvements, the operation
of traffic signals and roadway markings and maintenance of actual
roadway surfaces. The safe operation of the County’s road system
requires personnel is available at all times to respond to after hours
sign, signal, accident and weather related incidents.
