Kitsap
County Adult Drug Court is in its seventh year. Today's graduation ceremony is the
24th commencement held in Kitsap County Drug Court. It has proudly graduated
141 people from the program. In addition to that accomplishment,
it has become a mentor court for the National Association of Drug
