Kitsap
County Adult Drug Court is in its eighth year. Today's graduation ceremony is the
25th commencement held in Kitsap County Drug Court. It has proudly graduated
161 people from the program. In addition to that accomplishment,
it has become a mentor court for the National Association of Drug
