Unless prior permission is obtained
from a judicial officer of Kitsap County Superior Court or one of
the staff, faxing Superior Court is not allowed.
All faxes to Superior Court must go through the Kitsap County
Clerk's Office. There is a fax service charge collected by
the Clerk on all fax documents. For more information on
