Kitsap
County Adult Drug Court is in its fifth year. Today's graduation ceremony is the
22nd commencement held in Kitsap County Drug Court. It has proudly graduated
120 people from the program. In addition to that accomplishment,
it has become a mentor court for the National Association of Drug
