RULE 26. GENERAL PROVISIONS REGARDING DISCOVERY

(b) Discovery Scope and Limits

(1) Domestic Relations Matters. In family law matters interrogatories shall be limited to one hundred (100) in number and each subpart of an interrogatory shall be counted as a separate interrogatory for purposes of this rule. Additional interrogatories may be permitted by stipulation of the parties or by order of the court. There shall be no limit on requests for production or requests for admission.
