Criminal History: Border pled guilty to two counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor in the First Degree in July of 2003. At the time of his offenses, he was the manager of a restaurant where he sexually assaulted two of his female employees. Border has not received sex offender treatment during his incarceration as he denies his offenses stating that it was consensual. Border has no other criminal history and received no infractions while in custody.
