Criminal History: Brueger was convicted in 1990 for 2 counts of Child Molest 1 and Rape of a Child 1. When he was 15 years old, he raped his 6 year old half sister and also molested the 11 year old son of a roommate that he was babysitting. He was also convicted in 1995 for Indecent Exposure after following two adult females to their vehicle, however when he was pushed away, he exposed himself to the females. He attempted to gain access to the vehicle while the females drove away. Brueger has also admitted to molesting an 11 year old female and a handicapped adult female with the mental capacity of a 3 year old. He has been evaluated as a moderate to high risk to re-offend.
