Criminal History:   Chapman was convicted in 2001 of 2 counts of 1st Degree Child Molest as a result of him sexually assaulting a juvenile relative. In 2000, while Chapman was in the military, he was convicted of Possession of Child Pornography and Indecent Acts with Another. I Investigations also revealed that Chapman had admitted to having sex with children in the past and had been seeking to have sex with children at the time of his arrest. According to a pre-sentence report in 2001, Chapman admitted to additional victims from the time he was a juvenile into his adulthood. His risk of re-offending is considered high.
