Criminal History: In November of 2004, Dufault was convicted for Attempted Child Molestation 1st degree after sexually abusing a female juvenile family member.  In April of 2006, he was convicted again of Attempted Child Molestation 1st degree after sexually abusing a male juvenile family member. In addition, Dufault has admitted to sexually abusing other juvenile family members of both sexes and was also convicted of Assault 4 in November of 2004. He is currently enrolled in treatment.
