Criminal History: In 1986, Fawver was convicted of Indecent Liberties when he sexually abused his 8 year old family member on numerous occasions and when she attempted to get away, he would hit her on the cheek. The victim reported that he had abused other girls in the neighborhood. Fawver was convicted of Third Degree Rape of a Child in 1989 when he had a sexual relationship with a 15 year old female. During treatment, Fawver admitted to having sexual contact with a 10 year old female when he was 17 years old. He also admitted to having sexual contact with four 15 or 16 year old females in which he coerced them into sexual contact. It was noted that two of his wives were 15 years old when he met them. Fawver is being released after being convicted for First Degree Arson. He set his then live-in girlfriend ’s house on fire after an argument when she was attempting to break up with him. The girlfriend had been in the house at the time Fawver set the fire.
