Criminal History: . Haynes was convicted in April of 1984 of Rape First Degree, Kidnapping First Degree and Assault 2. Haynes’ convictions stem from several incidents with teenage females and one adult female all of which were unknown to him. He assaulted and/or sexually assaulted the females using force, weapons and death threats. Haynes has described himself as being predatory, that he would plan his crimes and would search for victims who were alone in isolated areas to avoid detection. Haynes was also convicted of Simple Assault in 1981. Haynes has no community supervision requirements with the Department of Corrections.
