Criminal History:.  Holte was convicted in September of 1996 of Child Molest 1 after sexually assaulting two female children who were acquaintances.  He was given a suspended sentence, however he had probation violations to include failing to submit to a polygraph, being terminated from sexual deviancy treatment and failing to report to his probation officer.  His suspended sentence was revoked and the court imposed the original 95 months of prison time. Holte’s criminal history includes multiple probation violations, traffic violations, Trespass, Forgery, Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender
