Criminal History: Laners was convicted in 1998 of 2 counts of Communication With a Minor for Immoral Purposes after victimizing two twelve-year-old girls who lived in his neighborhood. In 1972, Laners was convicted of Rape in Louisiana where he was convicted of raping a female while he was in the Air Force. Between 1972 and 1998, Laners has been convicted of Misdemeanor Assault (against two juvenile females), Drug charges, Forgery and Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.
