Criminal History:   Marchlewski has twice been convicted of Child Molestation 2nd degree, once in April of 2004 and then in September of 2004. In the case from April of 2004, Marchlewski had consensual sex with a 13-year-old non-familial female when he was 16 years old. The second case from September of 2004, Marchlewski was convicted of sexually fondling two other 13-year-old non-familial females while his co-defendant held the females down. Marchlewski is currently participating in treatment.
