Criminal History: Parris was most recently convicted in December of 2002 of Communicating with a Minor for Immoral Purposes as a result of providing juveniles with alcohol and marijuana where two of the juveniles ended up naked after a card game. A 13 year old female and a 17 year old male ended up having sexual intercourse the same night and Parris encouraged everyone at the residence to watch. Parris was also convicted of Rape of a Child 3 in February of 1998 when he was 18 years old and had a sexual relationship with a 14 year old female. Parris has also been convicted of Firearms Violations, Theft, Forgery, and driving offenses. Parris was considered non-amenable for sex offender treatment as he denies his offenses.
