Criminal History: In 1999, Patheal was convicted of 4th Degree Assault, which was pled down from 3rd Degree Rape. In 2000, he was convicted of 1st Degree Robbery. In 2001, he was convicted of Child Molest 3 due to him having sexual contact with a 14-year-old female. In 2002, during treatment, he disclosed that in the past, he has sexually abused juvenile males, raped minor females after they were intoxicated and being involved in gang rape situations. The treatment team concluded that Patheal remains at a high risk to re-offend, committing other crimes and further incarceration.
