Criminal History: In 2004, Rock was convicted of Child Molestation 3rd degree in Kitsap County when he had sexual contact with a 15-year-old female known to him. In 1998, Rock was also convicted of Rape of a Child 3rd degree, in Kitsap County, when he sexually assaulted two 15-year-old females unknown to him. He obtained their phone numbers and addresses by looking through a relative’s address book. His other criminal history includes Reckless Driving, Escape from Community Custody, Assault 4th degree, Burglary 2nd degree, Delivery of Marijuana and Delivery of Cocaine. He has not participated in Sex Offender Treatment due to his denial of the offenses and refusing treatment.
