Criminal History: In 2001, Roe was convicted of two counts of Child Molestation 3 for sexually assaulting three juvenile male victims between the ages of 9 and 16 and in 2003 for Escape from Community Custody. Roe was also convicted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender in February 2004 while in Kitsap County and in December 2005 while in the State of Florida.  Because of Roe’s denial of his offense, he was found non-amenable for treatment in the Sex Offender Treatment Program.  Roe has been assessed as a Level 3 sex offender due to his denial, the degree of “grooming” used with his victims and the length of time he molested his victims.
