Criminal History: In, 1999, Roy was convicted of Rape of a Child 2nd degree after he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old female, who was with another female friend. Roy and three male friends had obtained alcohol and asked the females to party with them. The victim later reported that she was slammed down on a log where her clothes were removed and she was then raped by Roy and one of the other male subjects. Roy’s previous convictions include Theft, Burglary, Malicious Mischief, Assault 4 and Harassment. Roy declined to participate in sex offender treatment while incarcerated
