Address: 5300 block of Pineridge Dr in Kitsap County.
Criminal History: Sturtevant was convicted in 1987 for First Degree Attempted Rape when he attempted to rape an unknown adult female after Sturtevant pushed her inside the men’s room at a local college. The victim was struck in the face approximately six times and Sturtevant threatened to use a knife on her if she didn’t cooperate. A subject entered the men’s room and was able to stop Sturtevant. In 2000, Sturtevant was convicted of Lewd Conduct when he exposed himself to two juvenile female victims on the college campus. In October of 2003, Sturtevant was convicted of Lewd Conduct again when he approached an adult female and presented her with a sexually explicit note after she observed him masturbating in a local park. The note also indicated that he had been watching her for some time. Sturtevant has also been convicted of numerous drug offenses, Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Obstruction, Resisting Arrest along with Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.
