Criminal History: Turner was convicted in 1984 for Statutory Rape 3 when he was sexually involved with a juvenile female. In 1999, Turner was convicted of Rape of a Child 3 after he provided alcohol to a juvenile female and after she fell asleep, she woke up to find Turner engaging her in sexual intercourse.  Turner has a lengthy criminal history involving Burglary, Theft, Assaults, Driving While License Suspended/Revoked, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Violation of a Protection Order and his most recent conviction of Failing to Register as a Sexual Offender.  File material reflects that Turner has never participated in any type of sexual deviancy treatment while incarcerated.
