Criminal History:  In 1995, Turner was convicted of Robbery 1st Degree and Assault 3rd Degree, In 1994, he was convicted of Assault 4th Degree and in November 1996, Turner was convicted, in Clallam County, on three counts of Rape of a Child, 1st Degree with two additional charges dismissed due to lack of evidence. In 2000, Turner was convicted of Intimidating a Public Servant.  In 2001, was sentenced after failing to comply with registration requirements, Escaping from Community Custody and VUCSA.
