Criminal History: When Waldbillig was 10 years old, he sexually assaulted his six year old sister. He admitted to attempting to have sexual intercourse with her on several occasions and her performing oral sex on him. He was convicted of Attempted Rape of a Child 1 in 1997. Also in 1997, Waldbillig was convicted of Assault 4 w/Sexual Motivation after he fondled and grabbed at a peer aged female and witnesses stated he had been attempting to have sex with her for several days. Waldbillig has a lengthy history of Probation Violations, Malicious Mischief, Thefts, an Assault and several traffic convictions.
