RINSE all cans before recycling to reduce contamination and bee infestations at drop off locations. Do not recycle aluminum trays or foil.

Aluminum cans are easily recycled and usually have 40-50% recycled content. It takes 95% less energy to make new cans from old cans instead of making new aluminum, so recycling cans really helps to conserve energy.

Remember to cover your load when transporting to reduce highway litter. It’s the law!
