Directions from the North: 
Drive on Highway 3 south toward Bremerton. Exit at Newberry Hill Rd and turn right onto Newberry Hill Rd. Cross the railroad tracks and continue up the hill. Turn right onto Dickey Rd. The facility is on the left just after the sharp right turn.

Directions from the South:
Drive on Highway 3 north toward Silverdale. Exit at Newberry Hill Rd and turn left onto Newberry Hill Rd. Cross under the freeway, cross the railroad tracks and follow the above directions.
