MANCHESTER CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE

If you live in the Manchester area and are interested in being part of this new citizen advisory committee, consider completing the application which follows. The Manchester Citizens Advisory Committee is being formed to provide a forum for community discussion on the many issues and interests of the Manchester community. It is expected that the formation of this committee will foster enhanced communication between the residents of the Manchester area and the Board of County Commissioners on growth management issues and other interests and concerns of the community. It is intended that the committee will be made up of 17 members and will include 3 community at large representatives as well as representatives of the following groups and neighborhoods: Manchester Community Council, Manchester Community Association, Manchester Historical Society, Manchester Crime Prevention & Public Safety Group, Friends of the Manchester Library, Port of Manchester Advisory Committee, Kiwanis Club of South Kitsap, South Kitsap Schools, Business Community, Colchester Neighborhoods, Alaska Neighborhoods, California Neighborhoods, Nebraska Neighborhoods, and Northern Neighborhoods. Quarterly meetings are planned.
