Seeking Citizens Interested In Transportation Planning

PORT ORCHARD, WA—The Kitsap County Commissioners are seeking applications from residents interested in applying to be considered for appointment to the Kitsap County Transportation Planning Advisory Committee. The committee meets bi-monthly to review and comment upon long range transportation planning issues. Members actively participate in the development of specific transportation analysis and studies and make recommendations to the Kitsap County Transportation Planning Manager and staff regarding program direction and implementation. Citizens with an interest or experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering and inter-governmental coordination and who are willing to function as part of an advisory team are encouraged to apply.
