ATTENTION - Sewer utility and Olympic View Transfer Station customers can pay a bill with an electronic check.  In cooperation with US Bank, a $1.00 fee is charged to your bank account for the transaction.   Customers can pay up to 10 invoices at a time for the $1.00 fee.   Payments are posted to your utility account in two days, however this web site balance is updated once a month.  If you have any questions about your balance, call us at 360-337-7127 or email openline@co.kitsap.wa.us

Account number is 8 digits, located in the upper right side of the bill, or at the bottom.  SAMPLE = 45987003	Account number is either 3 or 4 digits located in the upper right side of the bill or at the bottom.  SAMPLE = 123
STEP 2 - ENTER THE ACCOUNT NUMBER and click on SELECT.   Repeat this process for each invoice you wish to pay.  Once you have created the complete list of invoices to pay, click on 'PROCEED TO PAY SUMMARY'.
