Sewer Utility -  Five-Year Rate Plan

Kitsap County has an opportunity to use low-interest rate bonds to fund a number of capital projects and provide significant cost savings over the long term for sewer utility customers. The five-year rate plan will generate sufficient funds to cover future costs associated with these bonds and projected operational costs.

Single Family Residential $54.30 Per Month
Multi-Family Residential $45.00 Per Month
Commercial or Industrial $0.064 Per c.f. H2o
Restaurant $0.085 Per c.f. H2o

Multi-Family Residential $46.80 Per Month

Definitions:

Single Family Residence - A structure designed to house one family, including mobile homes, townhouses, and condominiums.

Multi-family Residence -  Any structure designed for more than one family, including duplexes, apartments, and any other type of multiple family housing structures generally occupied on a rental or lease basis.

Commercial/Industrial Service - Structures designed for business or other commercial ventures.

Restaurant - Any structure whose primary purpose is food preparation and sales.
