Sewer Utility - Five Year Rate Plan
Kitsap County has an opportunity to use low interest rate bonds to fund a
number of capital projects and provide significant cost savings over the
long term for sewer utility customers. The five year rate plan will generate
sufficient funds to cover future costs associated with these bonds and
projected operational costs.

Definitions:
Single Family Residence - A structure designed to house one family,
including mobile homes, townhouses, and condominiums.
Multi-family Residence - Any structure designed for more than one
family, including duplexes, apartments, and any other type of multiple
family housing structures generally occupied on a rental or lease basis.
Commercial/Industrial Service - Structures designed for business or other
commercial ventures.
Restaurant - Any structure whose primary purpose is food preparation and
sales.
