Voter Registration Challenge (also applicable to candidates)

When a voter's registration is challenged, the Kitsap County Auditor's Office follows the procedures spelled out in RCW 29A.08.810 through RCW 29A.08.850. This is also the process used when a citizen wishes to challenge a candidate's eligibility to run for office, based on residency.

RCW 29A.08.835
