In accordance with GR7, the Kitsap County District Court has distributed for comment a proposed Local Rule Change. The court will accept comment for 30 days commencing from May 14, 2021. In addition to posting these changes on the court's website, the proposed rule changes have also been distributed to the county prosecutor, the county clerk, the office of public defense, and the local bar association. All comments regarding the proposed rule changes shall be directed to Mr. Clint Casebolt, Administrator, Kitsap County District Court (ccasebol@co.kitsap.wa.us). The court will post all comments it receives on this website. After the comment period closes and the court considers any comments, the court may adopt, amend, or reject the proposal or take such other action as the court deems appropriate.
