| Respite Care:
| - Relieves family or other unpaid caregivers of adults
with functional disabilities from caregiving duties for short time periods

| - Can include personal care or supervision
|
| - Is provided in the home by contracted home care
agencies, or out of the home by contracted providers such as nursing facilities
or adult day care/health
|
| - Is available on an hourly and daily basis, including
24-hour care for several consecutive days
|
