Policy and Procedure


Olympic Workforce Development Council in collaboration with Washington Employment Security Department and in compliance with the Department of Labor, develop local guidance for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act programs. Our policies provide robust framework, manages relationships with partners, and guides activities to ensure successful program objectives and outcomes.

At the November 17th 2023 Joint Olympic Consortium and Olympic Workforce Development Council meeting, the entire Policy Handbook was approved and adopted.
