If larger pieces will not fit into a bag, double wrap the wet materials in heavy plastic sheeting (6-mil minimum) and seal the package with duct tape.
Non-Friable Asbestos (Shingles and Roofing)
Wet all asbestos-containing materials with water or a suitable non-hazardous wetting agent. Materials must be wet upon delivery. You do not need to bag non-friable asbestos (shingles and roofing).
Step 3: Attach required label to each bag of friable asbestos
You must label each bag of friable asbestos with the
Friable Asbestos Label.
You do not need to bag or label non-friable asbestos (shingles and roofing).

Asbestos Waste Shipment Report for each load
You must complete and bring the
Asbestos Waste Shipment Report for each load of asbestos you bring to Olympic View Transfer Station. This is a legal document, so you must write legibly. Use black or blue ink only.
