Appealing Your Assessed Value
If you believe that an error has been made in the valuation of your property, contact the Assessor's Office to discuss your concerns. An appraiser will review the  characteristics and valuation of your property and may initiate further review. You may also be able to appeal your valuation to the Kitsap County Board of Equalization.
