The County Treasurer holds a key position of public trust in the financial affairs of local government. Acting as the "bank" for the county, school districts, fire districts, water districts, and other units of local government; the treasurer's office receipts, disburses, invests, and accounts for the funds of each of these entities.

There is a silver drop box in front of the Administration Building for Property Tax Payments. It is emptied several times per day with the last pickup being 2:30pm. If you would like a receipt, you must include a self addressed stamped envelope. DO NOT put cash in the drop box.

Monday - Thursday: 9:00am to 4:30pm

Friday: 9:00am to 12:00pm

Property taxes must be paid or postmarked by the due dates below:

First half- April 30

​Second Half- October 31 (November 2 in 2020 since the 31st is a Saturday.)
