Restrooms: Park restrooms are closed annually for the winter season from October 1st through March 31st. Please plan accordingly when planning to visit a Kitsap County Park during the winter season. During this time parking by the fishing pier will be closed. The general parking lot will remain open.

Fishing and Boating: Internal combustion motors and Motorized boats prohibited. For more information regarding boating and fishing the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW).
Public Health Advisories
March 13, 2019 - Construction fencing has been installed and the existing on-site sand will be re-purposed for other County projects. The delivery of the new playground equipment is scheduled for early June. The new playground will have separate adventures for children ages 2-5, and 5-12. Construction is anticipated to be completed by mid-June. Updates will continue to be posted on the website.

Directions: Turn North (left) at the intersection of Hansville Road and Highway 104. Travel 8 miles to the intersection of Hansville Road and Buck Lake Road. Turn left onto Buck Lake Road and travel half a mile to the park entrance.From Tacoma/Bremerton: Take Hwy 16 West to Hwy 3 North; Take the Poulsbo/Bainbridge Island (Hwy 305) exit. Follow to Hwy 307/Bond Rd stop light, turn left onto Hwy 307/Bond Rd. Travel on Bond Rd to Hansville Rd, and turn left onto Buck Lake Road and travel half a mile to the park entrance
