Kitsap County Noxious Weed Control Program and Board

The mission of the Kitsap County Noxious Weed Control Board is to educate county residents, property owners, and managers to be responsible stewards of the land and resources of Kitsap County by protecting and preserving all lands and natural resources of the county from the degrading impact of invasive noxious weeds. Answers to frequently asked questions are available online.
Identifying and Reporting Noxious Weeds
The noxious weed program will begin again in January 2024. As a gentle reminder, RCW 17.10 requires landowners to keep noxious weed plants from going to seed on their site and spreading to neighboring locations. For general information regarding noxious weed control, please visit Washington State Noxious Weed Control Board: https://www.nwcb.wa.gov/.
Report noxious weeds at Kitsap1 online. Your request is added to a list for processing when the noxious weeds program resumes.
