Precinct Committee Officers for the major political parties are elected in the Primary of even-numbered years and begin their 2-year terms on Dec. 1 of that year. Candidates without opponents are considered elected. Voters choosing a PCO must affirm on the same ballot that they are members of the party and can only vote in one party's PCO election.
