• Learn about the progress of the YMPE Program

Liz Wilhelm, Prevention Works in Seattle (WINS) Coalition Coordi-nator, will present an overview of policy, systems, and environ-mental change, the social impact of PSE as substance use preven-tion strategy, and specific ways organizations can advocate for policy change.
