Salish Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization Advisory Board
BOARD PURPOSE/FUNCTIONThe establishment of the Salish Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization (SBH-ASO) Advisory Board is a requirement pursuant to RCW 71.24
The Advisory Board works with the SBH-ASO Executive Board on policy guidance and program oversight of behavioral health programs within Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap Counties. The Advisory Board helps determine procedures for the delivery of mental health and substance use disorder services in all three counties and develops a service plan.
MEMBERS/APPOINTMENT TERMSThe Salish Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization Advisory Board is composed of 11 members, three members from each county and two tribal representatives who are appointed by the Salish Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization Executive Board. At least 51 percent of its members must be consumers and/or family members of individuals with lived experience
with a behavioral health disorder.

Representatives are currently needed for Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap Counties.
Meeting TimesMeetings are held on the first Friday of the month, once per quarter, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The meeting schedule will be adjusted as needed.
