 November is Family Caregiver Month!

The 2021 theme of, CaregiverAnd encourages you to celebrate the passions and identities that help make you who you are—outside of caregiving. Being a family caregiver is important, and so are the other roles, hobbies, and passions that make up your life.

Helping your spouse, partner, parents, and other adult relatives or friends can be rewarding and stressful. What used to be a quick grocery pick-up to help may turn into helping someone mange their health, completing household chores, or assisting with bathing and everything in between. It's common to feel unprepared and possibly isolated and stressed in your changing role.

We are here for you! See the Caregiver Support section of our website here for more information about how we can help you take care of yourself, while caring for someone else.
