 November is Family Caregiver Month!

Helping your spouse, partner, parents, and other adult relatives or friends can be rewarding and stressful. What used to be a quick grocery pick-up to help may turn into helping someone mange their health, completing household chores, or assisting with bathing and everything in between. It's common to feel unprepared and possibly isolated and stressed in your changing role.

We are here for you! See the Caregiver Support section of our website here for more information about how we can help you take care of yourself, while caring for someone else.

Below is a list of virtual, live discussions hosted by local professionals in the month of November to support helpers (caregivers) at any point in their journey of helping another adult!

Click the registration link ("here") to register for the discussion you'd like to attend online. Enter your name and email address and press the blue register button. You will receive an email from Zoom with the link to click for joining us on the day of the event. You do not need a Zoom account to register or attend.
